Since our childhood days, my mother used to make tongue tickling tangy spicy chutneys and we used to relish them with congi or curd rice. On a rainy day, we used to relish spicy raw mango chutney and pickled mango gojju. Nearby in the neighbourhood, we had Bunt friends who used to make dry fish chutneys in rainy season.     Ingredients:

    Wheat flour 2cups
    salt water to knead
    methi leaves 1 bunch(only leaves) Do not cut leaves as they will turn bitter
    haldi 1/2 tsp
    red chilly pd 1/2 tsp
    jeera pd 1/2 tsp
    amchur pd 1/4 tsp

    Method:

    Mix all ingredients and a little water and knead well. keep aside for a few minutes. Then roll out as ordinary chapatis. Apply oil or ghee on top before serving.
