Since our childhood days, my mother used to make tongue tickling tangy spicy chutneys and we used to relish them with congi or curd rice. On a rainy day, we used to relish spicy raw mango chutney and pickled mango gojju. Nearby in the neighbourhood, we had Bunt friends who used to make dry fish chutneys in rainy season.     Ingredients:
     
    100 gms white butter
    1 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1 3/4 cups maida
    2-3 tbsps cocoa powder
    1 1/4 tsp baking soda
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla essence


    Method:

    Preheat oven at 180 degrees. 
    Mix together powdered sugar, maida, salt, and baking soda.
    To this add milk and butter.
    Beat this mixture for 2-3 mins.
    Now add the eggs and essence.
    Beat for another 2-3 mins.
    Pour this batter into a greased baking tin, and bake for 45-60 mins.

    Serve with chocolate sauce, or ice-cream.
